Starting my career at Vodafone UK taught me the art of creating strategic business advantages with service/customer relationship and trust at heart, Pioneering new techniques and methodologies to take customer experience to new successful levels.

Heading customer support department for Wadi.com for more than a year has given me exposure over the e-commerce world, to learn and add more to customer's digital experience.

Currently I head customer support department for Beam wallet payment application part of Majid Alfuttaim holding, which is giving me more chances shape customer's experience to a unique and different one.

11 years of experience in customer support adopting 5 points formula of " innovation, passion, determination, commitment and teamwork”, has been my secret to success, while striving to achieve and learn more has been my continuous motivation.
